We are all about rolling really fresh and lovingly prepared sushi. New sushi restaurants have been popping up like mushrooms on every corner recently, and are finally satisfying hunger in almost every district of Düsseldorf. But everyone has their own recipe and method of preparation. At NEBU Sushi, we don't make sushi for the masses. Quite the opposite: each roll is freshly rolled and prepared to order and there is only a limited number. Whether it's our "Hot Spicy Salmon", the "Hot Spicy Tuna" or the "Negi Tekka", everything is made fresh. True to the motto: what's gone is gone! On special days, the fresh ingredients may be sold out and we take the morning the next day to prepare them fresh.
